Every woman deserves a birth experience where she feels safe, respected, and supported.
Safety means more than medical care — it means being heard, informed, and treated with dignity during one of the most vulnerable moments of your life. I believe God designed our bodies with wisdom and intention, and that birth deserves to be met with care, peace, and compassion.
Because this kind of support should be accessible, I offer sliding-scale pricing based on individual needs. No one should have to choose between feeling supported and what they can afford.

The early postpartum days are meant for rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby—not worrying about what’s for dinner. My in-home postpartum meal preparation service is designed to nourish and support you during this important transition.
During a five-hour in-home cooking session, I prepare a variety of wholesome, comforting meals tailored specifically for postpartum healing. Each meal is thoughtfully planned using my custom postpartum meal guide, which was created to focus on nutrient-dense foods that support recovery, energy, and overall well-being after birth. Meals can be enjoyed right away or prepared as freezer-friendly options to stock your refrigerator and freezer for the weeks ahead.
Clients purchase the groceries for their meals, and to make the process seamless, I provide a personalized grocery list and can also shop for the ingredients on your behalf before the cooking session.
This service allows you to fill your home with nourishing, ready-to-enjoy meals so you can focus on what matters most—resting, healing, and soaking in those precious early moments with your baby.
